Pre-Order items and Special Order items will be shipped within 48 Hours of expected date. Expected Delivery Times
Once orders are picked up by the couriers, tracking will have an updated estimate time of arrival. While all couriers try their best to deliver the parcel within the expected window sometimes there can be delays, these delays are unforeseen and in most case nothing can be done once the parcel is with the courier.
